All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and selected shipping service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We ship to New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada, UK and Europe.

Due to international freight efficiencies, purchasing a 4-pack significantly lowers the shipping cost per unit. Approximate shipping cost per kit when purchasing a 4-pack is:
New Zealand (Zone 1): from $19.10 AUD per kit
Asia (Zone 2): from $22.04 AUD per kit
USA & Canada (Zone 3): from $23.05 AUD per kit
UK & Europe (Zone 4): from $24.58 AUD per kit
Ordering four units at once is the most economical option for overseas customers and is ideal for multiple bathrooms, gifting, or sharing with family.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or local import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
